FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: I've never used weights before.  Will I be able to take your class?
A: Absolutely!  If you needed to start with no weights at all you could.  I recommend that beginners start with light weights and work their way up.

Q: Will I fit in?  I’ve never joined a weight training class before?
A:  I have women from all walks in life and all ages.  You will fit in, get stronger and have fun at the same     time.

Q: What do I need to bring to class?
A:  I have all the equipment you will need.  I do suggest you bring a water bottle and floor mat if you’d like.

Q: If I feel like I can’t do a certain exercise that the group is doing what should I do?
A: Let me know and I can show another way to do the exercise that suits you and your needs better. Just     communicate with me and we’ll figure it out.
